Resilient Employment Law exclusively represents employees in work disputes.
We provide each client effective counsel and representation on a range of employment-related legal issues. (See Practice Areas). Our goal is to help the client navigate and successfully resolve these issues to the client's immediate benefit and to the long-term benefit of the client's career.
Many employment disputes can be resolved efficiently and effectively through settlement negotiations. In fact, it is frequently in the best interest of both parties to do so. However, not all matters can be resolved through negotiation. In those situations, we seek relief through agency proceedings and in State and Federal court. We emphasize effective and aggressive discovery, hands on fact finding, witness development, and evidence gathering and preservation. We develop facts and trial issues early so that we can understand what we need to prove and disprove to better accomplish case objectives.
